Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@flaxsox.com. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order.

After you tell us you want to return an item, please send it back within 14 days using the return instructions we provide.

Items should be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flaxsox.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Return instructions and refunds

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return instructions. When a return is accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days after the returned item has been received and checked.
